Charles Semmel
Charles Semmel, founder of Semmel Consulting , embodies international real estate expertise. Born in Nice and having lived between Paris, Germany and Cannes, his dual Franco-German nationality and his ties to Israel give him a unique perspective on the European and Middle Eastern markets.
His career in luxury real estate began at Engel & Völkers in Cannes. In 2017, he co-founded The Selective Traveler, a luxury concierge service managing more than 250 properties in 50 cities. In 2020, he launched Eretz Estate, specializing in transactions in Cannes and Paris. His expertise expanded in 2023 at Sweett, developing innovative solutions for short-term rental management .
Semmel Consulting is the culmination of this journey, combining his in-depth knowledge of the French and Israeli markets with his expertise in property management and business development. Charles is fluent in French, German and English, while the Semmel Consulting team includes native Hebrew experts, ensuring fluid and authentic communication in all the markets we serve.
His passion for real estate is matched only by his love for the Mediterranean, where he enjoys sailing in his leisure time.
